By breaking down the large tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces you will be more willing to take that vital first step towards completing your goal. If you do this every single day, that one step quickly turns into ten, which will turn into a thousand and more before you know it. All of a sudden you will be at your goal without even realizing it, all because you developed a good system and a long-term plan and goal.
